Reserving a spot adds your email to a waiting list and, if you invite someone, records that the two of you asked to be paired. It is not a purchase, not a subscription, and not a guarantee of access.

The first 100 activated pairs get the beta free. A pair counts as activated when both people have joined through the same invite link. Beyond that we are not promising a launch date, a final feature set, or a price — and we will not quietly turn the beta into a paid plan without telling you first.

• Use an email address you control, and invite people who have agreed to hear from you.
• Don’t script, scrape, or flood the reservation endpoints.
• Don’t try to guess other people’s invite codes.

We may remove waiting-list entries that break these, without notice.

SpotterKey is an accountability tool. It is not a medical device, a fitness-training programme, a nutrition service, or financial advice. Train sensibly and take advice from a qualified professional about your own health.

It is also not a surveillance or control product. It must not be used to monitor a child, an employee, or anyone who has not freely agreed to a mutual pact.

The site is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or the waiting list.
