support@spotterkey.com — for anything at all. If it’s about a specific invite, include the six-character code so we can find it.
Common things
- My invite link says it isn’t valid. Links are tied to a code; a truncated paste is the usual cause. Ask your friend to send it again, or read the six-character code out loud.
- Someone else joined my invite. Each link accepts one partner. Email us and we’ll reset it.
- I want off the list. Email us from the address you signed up with and we’ll delete your record — no questions.
- I’m on Android. There’s no build yet. Reply to any of our emails saying so — we’re counting, and that count is what decides whether Android happens.
